I get that performance is an issue, but at least make them spawn in when you enter the space of the room or something, not when you do some arbitrary action.

It's like they're trying to turn the game into a guided FPS like Half-Life. Seriously? Almost got fucking killed before I finally gunned them all down with my SMG. I was thinking to myself "no fucking way the zombie doesn't spawn in unless you specifically press the switch." So I pressed it, expecting it to do nothing.Īnd by "zombie" I mean like fifteen of them, coming not only from that room but also from thin air behind me (where I had already killed everything in sight like twenty minutes ago). I then leave the room and notice a switch by the door, which I hadn't used because I just broke the door down (didn't notice it before). Still no zombie, even though I'm standing right where the dot is. Confused, I break down the concrete wall and all the area around it (took fucking forever). I make my way to the dot (which is annoying as fuck in such a large POI) and lo and behold, no zombie. I was just doing a tier 6 Red Mesa clear, right? I reach the end of the POI, having looted everything, but the game says there are still two zombies somewhere.
